Specs Appeal!

Hiya everyone!

 Like so many of you, my eyesight is fairly poor :(

I started wearing glasses around 12 years old, I thought even then that they were cool but as I got older I started wearing contact lenses alot more, even experimenting with different coloured ones:

I used to wear dark brown and bright green! Lol, the camera doesn't do them justice!

But as I've got older, glasses have been becoming more and more of a fashion statement, so a few months back I treated myself to some designer ones!

The top ones are Versace and the bottom ones are Ray-bans - I love them both!

So after a few months of designer glasses bliss - my sister decided to get....Bella

As adorable as she was, the bigger shes getting the more of a menace she was becoming! Hence my disaster.......

 So the other night I was looking at some new prescription designer frames online and who did I find was bringing out a range?

Victoria Beckham!!!

Doesn't she look amazing???

I adore her style and I cannot wait to get my hands of some of her range, I think they all look amazing!

The range is going to be six pairs of frames, (some of them unisex) made in Italy, with each one available in three different colourways.

Also the tips of each frame have been branded with a "V" so I guess people will know who your wearing!

Bad news is there not going to be available until early next year, and with a price range of around £260 ($410) a pair, I'll need to seriously start saving!

Anyone else love their glasses?  What do you think about Victoria Beckham releasing a range?

Review: Benefit they're real! Mascara

Hiya!

I split my time between Scotland and London, so I'm in airports ALOT, so I thought every few weeks I'd do a post about what products Ive found and purchased in Duty Free, since you can get some great discounts for makeup!

I love browsing around Duty Free, it's like a discounted department store, they have every makeup brand you could want, so I had a little wander over to Benefit this week:

My find : Benefit They're Real! Mascara 

High Street Price: £18.50 

Airport Price: £15.40 - That will do nicely!

What Benefit Says;

Sounds very appealing, so I had to try it out!

First off, I really liked the packaging, its very sleek and professional

The brush is the secret to massive lashes , you use it like a normal mascara brush, wiggling it from side to side as you pull it through your lashes, then hold it vertically and use the ball at the end to separate your lashes for a maximum volume

My eyelashes before mascara aren't anything special

I've already applied my usual eyeshadow and eyeliner to be able to show you the full finished effect:

Also excuse my eyebrows! I'm going to be going to get them tinted and waxed to blog about , so bear with them! Haha x

What do you guys think?  I found the mascara slightly clumpy to apply, even after I used the ball at the top to separate, but I'm thrilled with how long they made my eyelashes

Would you guys buy it? Has anyone used Benefit mascaras before? Do you think you'd swap your false eyelashes for it? I would definitely buy this again!
